Senza Maeso is an incredibly versatile spirit that can be used with many different ingredients. The cocktails shown here are just a small (and growing) list of cocktails to enjoy our spirits. Senza also goes great in simple cocktails with soda (Coke, Sprite, club soda, etc), tonic, juices, lemonade, etc. There's no wrong way to drink Senza Maeso.

 
 

Senza Mule

Senza Mule Cocktail

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5oz Senza Maeso

  • 0.5oz lime juice

  • ginger beer

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine Senza and lime juice in a copper cup or highball glass over ice

  2. Top with ginger beer

Senza Spritz

Senza Spritz Cocktail

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5oz Senza Maeso

  • brut champagne

  • lemon wedge

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine Senza in a glass filled with ice

  2. Top with champagne

  3. Squeeze a lemon wedge and throw it in

Little Lavendear

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz R.A.Y. Vodka

  • 0.75 oz. lemon juice

  • 0.75 oz. Lavender simple syrup

  • 1 dash cucumber bitters

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously

  2. Strain cocktail onto fresh ice in your favorite rocks glass

  3. Garnish with a lemon wheel and cucumber slice

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5oz Senza Maeso

  • 0.5oz Cointreau

  • 0.5oz lemon juice

  • 0.5oz grape juice

  • 1 dash herbal or alpine bitters

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously

  2. Strain into a martini/coupe or in a rocks glass filled with ice

Ruby Slippers

Ruby Slippers Cocktail

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.0oz Senza Maeso

  • 1.0oz English dry gin

  • 0.75oz lime juice

  • 0.75oz strawberry basil simple syrup

  • 1-2 dashes Fee’s Plum Bitters

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake, and then pour over a rocks glass filled with ice

  2. Garnish with fresh basil

The Spice Must Flow Cocktail

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5oz Senza Maeso

  • 0.5oz lemon juice

  • 0.5oz allspice dram liqueur

  • 1 dash apple bitters

  • brut champagne

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients, except the champagne in a cocktail shaker and shake

  2. Strain into a martini/coupe or in a rocks glass filled with ice

  3. Top with champagne

Third Eye Vision

Third Eyes Vision Cocktail

INGREDIENTS

  • 2.0oz Senza Maeso

  • 1.0oz lemon juice

  • 1.0oz pineapple juice

  • 0.5oz simple syrup

  • [Optional] 2 dashes of Bad Dog Fire & Damnation Bitters

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake

  2. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice

Return to Senza. Our twist on the classic Paper Plane. Senza Maeso, Cappelletti, Quinquina and Lemon shaken and served up in a Nick & Nora stemmed glass. Adorned with a sticker shaped as a stamp and a tiny clothespin that you can take home with you.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.0 oz Senza Maeso

  • .75 oz Cappelletti

    (Aperol also works).

  • .75 oz Tempus Fugit QuinQuina (Amaro Nonino or Montenegro)

  • 0.75 oz lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients, and then shake and strain in a Nick and Nora or coupe glass.

Caipira harvest

Caipira Harvest. A twist on the classic Caipirihna. Senza Maeso, fresh muddled lime and a touch of brown sugar. Shaken well and served on the rocks.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2.0oz Senza Maeso

  • 0.5 oz. 2:1 brown sugar syrup (regular simple syrup also works)

  • 3/4 of a whole lime cut into small wedges

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Muddle all ingredients thoroughly in a small shaker tin.

  2. Add ice to the shaker and give it a strong healthy shake.

  3. Dump all contents, lime rinds and all, into a rocks glass and enjoy!

count camillo

Count Camillo. A twist on the classic negroni. Served on the rocks and finished with a Grapefruit swath.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.25 oz. Senza Maeso

  • 1 oz. Cocchi Torino (or Sweet Vermouth of your choice)

  • 1 oz. Cappelletti (Campari would also work)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin or glass with ice.

  2. Stir ingredients for about 20 seconds

  3. Strain into a rocks glass onto fresh ice and garnish with a fresh grapefruit peel. Enjoy!

hill country vulture

The Hill Country Vulture Cocktail. A twist on the tiki classic Jungle Bird. Served in a highball glass with a pineapple frond garnish.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.75 oz. Senza Maeso

  • 1.5 oz. pineapple juice

  • 0.75 oz. Cappelletti (Campari would also work)

  • 0.5 oz. lime juice

  • 0.25 oz. 2:1 Brown Sugar Syrup (regular simple syrup also works)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with lots of ice.

  2. Shake and dump into a Collins or other tall glass.

  3. Garnish and enjoy!
